Is this coaching or consulting?

It’s both—and neither. I don’t just give you insight like a coach or hand you tactics like a consultant. Elevate is execution-focused strategy for your life, career, or business custom-built and high-touch. If you’ve outgrown vague advice and need real movement, this is for you.

What if I’m not a founder or business owner?

Perfect. Some of my best clients are in high-level corporate roles or navigating career pivots. This isn’t business coaching. It’s about recalibrating your life, goals, leadership, and execution—whether that’s inside a company or running your own.

I’m already successful. Is this really for me?

Can I choose the 6-month option now?

The 3-month program is the starting point. If it’s a fit, we’ll discuss a 6-month extension once you’re inside. That keeps this experience high-integrity and built around real alignment not assumptions.

What’s the time commitment?

We meet every other week (or monthly if you're extended to 6 months), and you’ll have Voxer support in between. Expect to spend 1–2 hours per week reflecting, implementing, or recalibrating. No overwhelm—just momentum.

Do I get access to you, or someone on your team?

Me. Every session. Every message. You’re not being outsourced. You’re working with someone who sees patterns fast and gets women like you.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy is non-negotiable. All sessions, messaging, and deliverables are protected by confidentiality. What we work through stays between us, period. I’m also a certified professional coach trained under the ICF (International Coaching Federation) code of ethics, which means you’re working with someone who honors confidentiality, accountability and integrity at the highest level. Is there a contract? What if I change my mind?

Yes, a clear, simple coaching agreement is signed before we begin. It outlines our responsibilities, confidentiality terms, and the structure of the program. Because this is a high-integrity experience, once we begin, there are no refunds—but I’m committed to delivering what’s promised and then some.
