Terms & Conditions

By applying to and participating in Elevate, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which protect both your investment and the integrity of this experience.

1. Program Commitment + Investment

Elevate is a private coaching and strategic leadership experience designed for high-achieving women in transition.

The 3-month program is $4,900 paid in full, or $5,100 if paid via a monthly plan ($1,700/month).Klarna and Afterpay are available with a 6% service fee added to the total.The 6-month experience starts at $10,000 and is fully customized.All payments are non-refundable. If life happens and you need to shift a session, we’ll do our best to accommodate—but refunds won’t be issued once the experience has begun.

2. Sessions + Communication

This is a high-touch container.

Included:

(6) Private coaching sessions (50–60 mins via Zoom or phone)

Voxer (voice + text) access Monday–Thursday, 8AM–9PM EST

Strategic resources + personalized tools

Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment + debrief

Custom strategic roadmap

Response time:

You can expect a response on Voxer within 24 hours (often sooner). If usage exceeds what was agreed upon, additional sessions may be added at Ashley’s hourly rate or container structure may be adjusted accordingly.

3. Session Policy

Reschedules require 24+ hours’ notice.If you miss a session without sufficient notice, that session may be forfeited at Ashley’s discretion. If something comes up, communicate early. This is a partnership—but one with boundaries.

4. Client Expectations

This is a high-standard space. You’re expected to:

Show up on time and preparedHonor the process, even when it’s challenging

Respect the container and its boundaries

Ashley reserves the right to terminate the engagement without refund if the relationship becomes misaligned or toxic.

5. Confidentiality

Ashley is an ICF-accredited coach and upholds the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics, including strict confidentiality. What’s shared stays private. Any request to use your story or results for marketing will be made with explicit consent, you can say no or request anonymity, no questions asked.

6. Intellectual Property + Access

All tools, frameworks, and materials shared are for your personal use only.Redistribution, resale, or use of Ashley’s resources with your clients is prohibited. You will receive digital access to any program materials for the duration of your program.

7. Legal & Agreements

This engagement is governed by the laws of Georgia.A separate Coaching Agreement + Confidentiality Form will be sent and must be signed before we begin.Submitting your application does not guarantee acceptance. This is a curated experience. If we’re not a fit, you’ll be notified privately.
